01 · Restaurant platform · Kabul

Dastarkhan

A restaurant platform we built: online ordering, table bookings and a staff workspace, in Dari, Pashto and English.

The problem

Kabul restaurants still take orders and bookings by phone, on paper, and lose some of them. Guests want to order from their phone in their own language. Staff need one screen to accept an order, mark it ready and confirm a table.

What we built

  • Ordering: a menu with photos, prices and categories, a bag with live totals and guest checkout
  • Bookings: a two-step reservation flow; every request waits for staff to confirm instead of promising tables it can't see
  • Staff workspace: accept, prepare and complete orders; confirm, seat or decline bookings; customers see each status change

02 · Food delivery platform · Kabul

Kabul Delivery

A delivery platform we built for Kabul: customer, restaurant and rider apps, plus an operations centre.

The problem

Delivery in Kabul runs on cash, landmark directions and unreliable networks. Copying a Western delivery app would fail on all three.

What we built

  • Customer app: simple ordering, written landmark directions, cash on delivery, live rider status
  • Restaurant app: instant order alerts, preparation steps, assigning their own riders or the platform's
  • Rider app: online and offline, doorstep cash collection, a fixed protocol when a customer can't be reached

03 · Real estate developer · Kabul

KOH

A sales website we built for a tower developer, written for buyers who live abroad and cannot visit first.

The problem

The buyers live in Europe, North America and the Gulf. They compare against Gulf developers they already know, and they have to trust a building from thousands of kilometres away.

What we built

  • A site that leads with the city, the mountains and the towers themselves
  • Tower details, construction progress and a remote buying journey
  • WhatsApp as the first contact, because that is how the diaspora talks to sales

04 · Building materials supplier · Kabul

Pamirchoob

A rebrand and a three-language product catalogue we built for a materials house, fast on mid-range phones.

The problem

Architects, contractors, workshops and homeowners all buy from the same company, mostly on mid-range phones and patchy networks. The old presence didn't show how substantial the business is.

What we built

  • A rebrand and product showcase: wall panels, stone, marble, boards and finishing
  • Full right-to-left Dari and Pashto versions, not translations bolted on
  • Pages light enough for mid-range phones on mobile data

05 · Real estate website and marketplace app · Istanbul and Afghanistan

MAMELAT

One brand on two surfaces: a quiet property website in Istanbul and an iPhone marketplace for cars and property in Afghanistan.

The problem

Buyers and sellers in Istanbul don't want a portal; they want to understand the agency and talk to someone. In Afghanistan the problem is the opposite: people need one trusted place to find, compare and post cars and property, in their own language.

What we built

  • Website: a mobile-first, Turkish-first property site
  • Website: separate buyer and seller journeys that hand off to WhatsApp or a call, plus an owner admin for listings and leads
  • App: a native iPhone marketplace for cars and property, filtered by province and city

06 · iPhone apps we design, build and publish · App Store

Our apps

Four iPhone apps of our own. We design them, build them, publish them and keep them running.

The problem

Building for clients is half the job. Running our own products end to end, from the first screen to App Store review, subscriptions and support, keeps us honest about what shipping and maintaining an app really takes.

What we built

  • SprachPrep: German exam preparation from A1 to B2, every skill the exam tests, offline progress
  • Candleling: trading and markets in short lessons with interactive charts and simulated decisions, no real money
  • Faro: the lowest one-way fare for every day of the month, including cheaper trips made of two separate tickets
