The problem

Delivery in Kabul runs on cash, landmark directions and unreliable networks. Copying a Western delivery app would fail on all three.

What we built

  1. 01Customer app: simple ordering, written landmark directions, cash on delivery, live rider status
  2. 02Restaurant app: instant order alerts, preparation steps, assigning their own riders or the platform's
  3. 03Rider app: online and offline, doorstep cash collection, a fixed protocol when a customer can't be reached
  4. 04Admin operations: live order register, rider trust settings, disputes, a cash debt ledger and pricing
